65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA class I-III; 2. Chinese male or female subjects aged >= 65 and <= 90 years; 3. They are planned to undergo laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor resection; 4. The subjects can communicate well with the researchers and can complete the research in accordance with the research regulations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who endured severe pain for a long time before participating in the trial; 2. Subjects who took other analgesic drugs for a long time before participating in the trial; 3. Subjects with poor preoperative basic conditions and multiple diseases, including severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or mental diseases; 4. Hypersensitivity to oxycodone and its antagonists.
