General anesthesia of laparoscopic surgery

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Forty patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I or II, scheduled for elective laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia, all genders, aged 18-68 years, body mass index less than 30 kg/m2, with normal hepatic or renal function, without uncontrolled hypertension and/or diabetes mellitus, severe heart and lung diseases, a history of long term use of opioids, and signed informed consent form before anesthesa, will be prospectively studied.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with ASA III or above, body mass index more than (or equal to) 30 kg/m2, with a history of adverse reaction to opioids or (family) history of malignant hyperthermia, participated in similar studies in the last six months, received preoperative opioids, having drug and alcohol dependency, refused to sign an informed consent form, or total time of target-controlled infusion of sufentanil is more than 4 hours, will be excluded.
