Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects should be healthy, fully independent, >65 years old, living in a community-based setting, and capable of ambulation. All the subjects should be able to follow the instructions and procedures of the research protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects should not have neurological or vestibular disorders, diabetes, severe cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases, pes planus, pes cavus hallux valgus, hammer toes, foot pain, and previous history of foot injury.
