20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of 20-75 years old; 2. Clear time of onset and admissions within 48 hours after onset who were confirmed STEMI; 3. STEMI undergoing primary PCI or thrombolysis failed; 4. First success in CAG + PCI after admission

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Killip>=grade III; LVEF=1; 8. Myopathy or higher CK greater than 2 times the upper limit of the normal reference value; 9. Renal insufficiency, Creatinine >=2mg/dl; 10. WBC<=4*10^9/L, PLT<=50*10^9/L; 11. Life expectancy is less than 2 years with non-cardiovascular diseases; 12. Pregnant and lactating women; 13. Involved in other clinical studies; 14. Other situations which the researchers believe that it is not suitable for studies.
