Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Unilateral thyroid surgery glandular lobe resection, total thyroidectomy (with or without the removal of central lymph node cleaning), secondary parathyroid hyperparathyroidism, the blood supply of parathyroid is difficult to keep intraoperative, the expected survival of patients is more than half a year
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Reoperation patients after total thyroidectomy with the condition of parathyroid unknown;Poor adherence to follow-up; refusing the test.
