20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 20-60 years. Usual residents of Foshan (live in Foshan over 5 years); 2. Diagnosed with moderate NASH by MRI and liver, didn't undergo any medicine therapy; 3. ALT and (or), AST and GGT peak above normal more than six months consecutively; 4. BMI >20 and <30, Body weight is steady last 3 months; 5. Fasting blood-glucose <7.8mmol/L; 6. Volunteer participant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Excessive drinking, Hepatitis virus infector or not Usual residents; 2. Undertake any medicine that influence glucose and lipid metabolism last 6 months; 3. Suffer from gastrointestinal disease, severe chronic disease and liver or kidney disfunctions, malignant tumors; 4. Suffer from any acute or chronic infectious diseases or injury, or receive any surgery; 5. incompliance.
