Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years old, male or female; 2. The 2013ACC / AHA ACS cardiovascular diagnostic criteria, the first onset of symptoms and who meet one of the following conditions: (1) unstable angina; (2) Non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction; (3) ST segment elevation myocardial infarction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. PCI with previous history of surgery; lipid-lowering therapy in patients has been performed; 2. with other heart disease who have severe heart failure (heart failure I-IV grade); 3. recent surgery or trauma persons; 4. The combined acute and chronic infections, blood diseases, cancer, and other immune system diseases of connective tissue rheumatism; 5. severe liver dysfunction (ALT> 3*ULN or Ccr <30ml / min); 6. myopathy or myositis patients and contraindicated in patients with statin use; 7. Use contraindicated in patients with ezetimibe.
