Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part 1: 1. Between the ages of 18~65 years old, men and women are not limited; 2. the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis of nerve root type and vertebral artery type, VAS > 3; 3. volunteer to join the experiment and sign the "informed consent". Part 2: 1. between the ages of 30~65 years, the men and women are not limited; 2. according to the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylotic myelopathy, and has a relative operation indications (JOA score less than 12 points); 3. volunteer to join the experiment and sign the "informed consent".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, blood, digestive system, and other serious diseases or mental illness; 2. accept other relevant treatment, may affect the observer effect index of this study; 3. cannot correctly understand and fill in the various scales of the study; 4. do not want to join the test; 5. the researchers considered that it is not appropriate to participate in this study.
