Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Twenty four healthy volunteers who were aged less than 40 years without systemic and ocular diseases were recruited for this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects with regular use of any eyedrops or contact lenses were excluded from the study. Subjects were also excluded if they were of childbearing potential not using reliable means of birth control, pregnant or lactating females, or unwilling to accept minimal risk of unilateral iris or eyelash changes potentially associated with the study medications.
