Age

18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Post cardiac surgery (including valve replacement /plasty, CABG, Aortic surgery, correction of congenital heart disease); 2. 18 years or older; 3. Expected ICU length of stay longer than 48 hours; 4. with signed consents; 5. expected to extubate within 1-2 days postoperation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With intubation or tracheaostomy; 2. Can not to fill the required assessment forms due to sever delirium or unconsciousness; 3. With severe organ dysfunction; 4. Severe Bradycardia without the back-up of pacemaker.
