Interventions

1:Anesthesia will be maintained with propofol target-controlled infusion.
2:Anesthesia will be maintained with sevoflurane inhalation (end-tidal sevoflurane concentration between 1.5 MAC and 1.7MAC).
3:Anesthesia will be maintained with propofol target-controlled infusion and sevoflurane inhalation (end-tidal sevoflurane concentration >=0.6 MAC).

65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=65; 2. Selective operation; 3. Intubation anesthesia; 4. ASA II-III stage; 5. Operation time between 2h and 4h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac surgery; 2. Illiteracy; 3. Visual or auditory impaired patients; 4. A history of cerebral trauma; 5. A history of cerebrovascular accident; 6. A history of mental disease; 7. Patients treated with long-term sedatives; 8. Patients with alcohol dependence; 9. Patients with renal dysfunction; 10. Patients with active hepatitis; 11. Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction such as Alzheimer's disease.
