40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I or II, Body Mass Index(BMI) more than 20 and less than 30, 40-65 years old, female patients undergoing whole uterus excision by laparoscope.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. preoperative hyperalgesia; 2. infection in puncture region; 3. turn to laparotomy; 4. administrated by anti-depression drug
