Interventions

1:Patients will receive saline during and after operation.
2:Patients will receive 0.3ug?kg-1?h-1 dexmedetomidine until skin suture after 0.5ug?kg-1 bolus with 15 minutes before anesthesia induction.
3:Add dexmedetomidine 200 ug into postoperative venous analgetic pump.

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 70; 2. patients with lung cancer; 3. ASA I-II stage; 4. Estimated blood loss less than 10% of total blood volume.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic metastasis; 2. Patients received preoperative radiotherapy; 3. Patients with preoperative chemotherapy; 4. Patients received statins in one month; 5. Severe cardiac tachycardia; 6. Severe cardiac block; 7. Hypertension; 8. Coronary heart disease; 9. Diabetes; 10. Hyperthyrea; 11. Coagulation disorders; 12. Patients with mental disorders who can not complete visual analog scale; 13. Patients received sedative and analgesic drugs in 48 hours; 14. Patients with drug allergies.
