Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of patients are 18 to 65 years old; 2. with typical symptoms of achalasia such as regurgitation?dysphagia?chest pain; 3. diagnosed for achalasia by barium radio test and HRM.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, lung, kidney, brain and blood disease; 2. Patients with severe psychosis(such as Depression, mania, seizures, schizophrenia); 3. Patients with severe fibrosis on the submucosal layer of esophageal; 4. Patients with severe ulcer on the junction of stomach and esophageal.
