16 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The participants are voluntary and written consent obtained; 2. the patients' age rangefrom 18 to 65, either male or female; 3. In-patients sustained burns or other injury requiring dressing procedure with 10%-70% total body surface area(TBSA); 4. Burns or injured area not affecting the vital signs and digital pulse oximeter monitorring; 5. Conscious and can express pain severity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. abdominal distension or suspected bowel obstruction, air embolism, pneumothorax, decompression sickness, epitepsia, chronic obstuctive pulmonary disease and acute respiratory infection; 2. pregnancy or lactating women; 3. severe inhalation injury; 4. severe drug depandancy and mental disorder; 5. pharmacotical or pathological pulmonary fiberosis; 6. disease involving ear,nose, laringus such as sinuses, middle ear, tympan graft; 7. history of drug abuse; 8. Maxillofacial injuries; 9. Oxygen saturation is lower than 90%.
