45 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 40 ASA physical status II-III patients, who are scheduled for meningioma resection, with the age from 45-65 years old and BMI from 20-30, operation time will be 2-4h

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of alcohol abuse or antipsychotic use; 2. severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal disease; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. HR<60bpm or SBP<100mmHg
