60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 160 patients undergoing esophageal resection with an ASA status I-II, male or female, 60-75 years old. Preoperative normal pulmonary function,and no received radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunosuppressive agents. The same type of surgery is operated by the same group of doctors, and written informed consent was obtained from all enrolled patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation abnormalities and perioperative allogeneic blood; 2. autoimmune disease or immunocompromised patients; 3. cardiovascular adverse reactions,gastrointestinal bleeding in patients after using NSAIDs; 4. high blood pressure, severe heart failure; 5. enoxacin, lomefloxacin, norfloxacin being used; 6. others is unsuitable for selected.
