Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 50 years old, Male or Female, palnned to received elective sugery with general anesthesia; 2. ASA stasus: I-II; 3. Planned length of stay >=24 h; 4. Informed consent was received by each study patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients received premedicants before entering operation room; 2. Patients with difficult airway or suspected difficult airway; 3. BW 130% IBW, and BMI24 kg/m2; 4. Baseline HR < 60 bpm and/or with atrioventricular block; 5. Patients received muscle relaxant during intubation; 6. Patients with severe dysfunction of important organs; 7. Others.
