Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. comply with the guidelines in the diagnostic criteria for Hashimoto's thyroiditis; 2. Both gender; 3. To be aged 10-70 years; 4. serum TPOAb, TgAb (+) and TPOAb + TgAb> 50%; 5. can understand the procedures and methods of this study, willing to strictly abide by the clinical trial plan to complete the test, and voluntarily signing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are iodine deficient areas life history , and associated with goiter; 2. a month, immunosuppressant or immunomodulatory agents (lentinan, hormones, etc.) or selenium preparations and other antioxidants; 3. associated with other autoimmune diseases (SLE , etc.); 4. patients with severe liver and kidney , digestive tract, blood system diseases and cardiovascular diseases; 5. lactation, pregnancy or within six months of pregnancy plan; 6. with mental, neurological diseases, can not cooperate, not on the medication or drug abusers and other items; 7. the combined malignant tumor; 8. for the test drug allergy; 9. have surgery or other stress situations; 10. taking participate in other clinical trials; 11. there are other reasons are not suitable for the clinical trial, according to the researchers.
