Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) comply with the diagnostic criteria for immune thrombocytopenia (blood, bone marrow, autoantibody profile); (2) Age 18-65 years old; (3) the informed consent of patients must be able to understand and are willing to participate in this study, and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) there is a history of thrombosis; 2) platelets less than 5*10^9/L or less than 10*10^9/L, while there is a serious mucosal, visceral bleeding; 3) severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 4) appears contrary to the scheme of concomitant treatment (vincristine, rituximab, cyclosporine, danazol, splenectomy, etc.); 5) Pregnancy status; 6) patients with severe infection; 7) mental illness, not a good collaborator; 8) serum potassium <3.00mmol/l, active treatment can not be corrected; 9) refuses to patients enrolled in this study.
