Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: new diagnosed tuberculosis, sputum smear positive, aged >=18, stable adress

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HIV positive, tumor, pregnant or lactase women, injured lately, adjusted calcium concerntration >2.65mmol/L
