Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. diagnosis of nephritic syndrome (24-hour urine albumin> 3.5 g and serum albumin concentration <30 g/liter); 2. Aged 18 to 70 years; 3. need of diuretic treatment; 4. provid written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. hypotension, defined as blood pressure 40 U/liter; 6. serum K+ 5.5mmol/L; 7. serum Na+ 145mmol/L; 8. vomit; 9. diarrhoea; 10. fever; 11. polypnea; 12. open skin injury area >5% body surface area; 13. deep vein thrombosis.
