Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children of 1 to 16 years old; 2. Patients diagnosed with AD; 3. Patients with positive bacterial culture; 4. Patients with similar lesions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had received local antimicrobial drugs within 2 weeks before selection; 2. Patients who had received systemic antimicrobial treatment within 4 weeks before selection; 3. Patients who are severely immunocompromised or requiring long-term application of glucocorticoid and immunosuppressants; 4. Patients with mental system disease; 5. Patients who are allergic to the used drug (allergic to ammonium salt).
