Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis criterion meets Hanifin and Rajka criteria; 2. pattern identification of traditional Chinese medicine meets the pattern of kidney yang deficiency; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years old, male or female; 4. Total serum IgE More than 200U/ml; 5. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients belong to the Yin deficiency by the traditional Chinese medicine; 2. The clinical manifestations including vesicular lesions, erosions, exudations or other acute impairments; 3. The tests or the physical examinations of the patients of the blood system, liver, kidney, heart and other systems were abnormal or the patients suffering from mental illness, cancer; or associated with other skin disorders or infectious diseases; 4. In the last two weeks, the patients have applied the drugs including the glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, immunomodulators, antibiotics in system, as well as Topical use glucocorticoids, calcineurin inhibitors or antibiotics; 5. The patients were inappropriate in this clinical trial for treatment. as is known to test drug intolerance; 6. The patients have the poor compliance, and failing to test other drugs by injection or during unauthorized taking or topical drugs that may affect efficacy; 7. The female patients of childbearing age pregnancy test is positive, or willingness pregnancy; or breast-feeding patients; 8. Within three months, the patients participated in clinical trials by other drugs; 9. The researchers believe that the case does not fit into the other group.
