18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be aged 18 to 85 years 2. 4-hourly gastric residual volume(GRV)>200 mL; 3. IAP=12-15 mmHg; 4. failing to achieve the 80% of the feeding target after 72 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. disagree with nasogastric feeding because of instability haemodynamics; 2. disagree with nasogastric feeding because of gastrointestinal function or after stomach-bowel's surgery; 3. pregnancy; 4. partial gastrectomy or total gastrectomy; 5. allergy to metoclopramide.
