65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Criteria for inclusion were as follows: ASA(American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status I-III; To be aged 65 years to 80 years; Duration of postoperative stay in SICU longer than 3 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included: History of CNS, such as brain injury, stroke, neurosurgery and so on; History of mental illness; MMSE (the Mini-Mental State Examination) score <24 or dementia due to various etiologies; History of endocrine and metabolic disorders; Recent acceptance of glucocorticoids therapy; Alcohol or drug dependence; Unwilling to complete the experiment or Language barriers; Severe hearing or visual impairment; Illiteracy.
