Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Consistent with subclinical hypothyroidism and Western medicine diagnostic criteria; 2. between the ages of 18-80 years old (although the age >80 years old, but conscious, the successful completion of the respondents, but also included). The men and women is not restricted, open race; 3. with primary school or above (including primary school) education, can read the newspaper article; 4. free to accept the researchers asked, answer true; 5. agreed to use the data in the study group under the premise to protect their privacy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. who did not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. the mentally ill, for respondents; 3. due to the language barrier to understanding and cooperation from other causes such as complete responders; 4. thyroid cancer, subacute thyroiditis, thyroid, treated by 131I; 5. and more serious underlying diseases, affect the questionnaire results accuracy, such as the merger of the following diseases: acute cerebral infarction, cerebral infarction, severe sequelae of severe kidney disease, severe lung disease, surgical diseases.
