Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Based on the criteria of severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome as defined by the Chinese Ministry of Health.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who accepted anti-virus treatment within 6 months; 2. patients with acute infection of HBV, HCV, HIV, syphilis or pathogens can cause similar symptoms with SFTSV(such as rickettsiae, borrelia burgdor feri and babesia); 3. with underlying disease,such as diabetes or tumor; 4. pregnancy, nursing mothers; 5. patients who was unwilling or unable to sign the informed consent form; 6. patients younger than 18 years of age; 7. patients who are participating other clinical trial than the current research; 8. pateints who are unsuitable for the trial for other reasons according to the researcher's evaluation;
