Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hemolytic crisis patients: the anemia progress rapidly and serious, life-threatening; 2. Serious autoimmune hemolytic anemia: Hb<40g/L or Hct<0.13, but the hemolysis is stable and not life-threatening; 3. AIHA patients with chronic hemolysis: patients with signifiant signs and symptoms, such as lethargy, unresponsive, mental confusion or coma and other central nervous system symptoms, and hormone therapy does not work(Hb <50g/L, reticulocytes <10 %).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hb >60g/L; patients without hemolytic crisis; 2. Patients woth gastrointestinal bleeding or other bleeding disorders.
