Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To be with the body mass index in 30 to 40 kg/m2, quasi 60 cases of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery patients, the American society of anesthesiologists (ASA) I-II, age 18 to 60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative known for research and used in the history of drug allergy, airway allergy patients, patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease, chronic obstructive bronchitis and obstructive pulmonary disease (copd), respiratory disease of the central nervous system, circulation system disease, liver disease, heart disease, kidney dysfunction, abnormal lung function of the patients.
