18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: They have a clinical indication for IVF to treat infertility; are less than 38years of age at randomization; have a body mass index (BMI) <28 kg/m2; and have a normal uterine cavity as assessed by ultrasound or hysteroscopy within 2 years of inclusion in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria are evidence of increased insulin resistance or Diabetes Mellitus; any other medical contraindication to taking corticosteroid treatment; and had more than 2 preceding IVF cycles that have not resulted in pregnancy. And recurrent pregnancy loss, untreated hydrosalpinx, PCOS, endometriosis, have less than five oocytes, endometrial less than 8mm, Thyroid diseases.
