50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have no history of diseases about cognitive impairment or have not taken the cognitive drug; 2. Have no history of neuropsychiatric disorder; 3. Without conducing regular physical exercise for at least one year (the regular physical exercise means lasting over three months with the frequency of three or more times per week and at least 30 minutes every time); 4. age between 50 to 70 years; 5. signed the informed consent document.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffer from severe illness, such as organ failure, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, musculoskeletal disease or other contraindications which aren't suitable for participating in Tai Chi or Baduanjin; 2. The score of Mini-Mental Status Examination(MMSE)=14.
