Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. at the age of 20-40; 2. Menstrual cycle 21-35 days, day 3 FSH level between10-20 mIU/mL, the number of antral follicle count no more than five.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: women with organic pathologic changes
