18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of migraine with and without aura was established according to the criteria of ICHD-3 beta; 2. lasted more than 1 year; 3. >3 migraine attacks per month before inclusion; 4. onset age <50; 5. age 18-65 years at enrollment; 6. prophylactic drugs was stopped for at least 1 month; 7. to be able to keep the headache diary.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and nursing mothers; 2. Kidney disease, liver disease and malignant tumor; 3. allergic to Metoprolol or Flunarizine.
