Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient diagnosed as lumbar spinal stenosis or spondylolisthesis, who are enrolled to undergo a Spinal decompression fusion and internal fixation; 2. To be aged from 18 to 80 years; 3. ASA I to III; 4. Patients volunteer to join the study and sign informed consent document.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient can not tolerate operation; 2. Abnormal coagulation function; 3. Malignant tumors or benign tumor in the spinal canal; 4. Severe osteoporosis; 5. DVT and history of thrombosis; 6. Pregnant or lactating women, people with severe mental illness; 7. Two weeks before operation intake of acetyl salicylic acid or within 7 days of intake of non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 8. History of bleeding disorders; 9. Body mass index >30 kg/m2; 10. The bleeding risk score less than eight; 11. Patients allergic to tranexamic acid.
