Group R:ultrasound guided sciatic nerve block with lidocaine and ropivacaine combined with saline
Group RD1:ultrasound guided sciatic nerve block with lidocaine and ropivacaine combined with 25ug dexmedetomidine
Group RD2:ultrasound guided sciatic nerve block with lidocaine and ropivacaine combined with 50ug dexmedetomidine
Group RD3:ultrasound guided sciatic nerve block with lidocaine and ropivacaine combined with 75ug dexmedetomidine

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Scheduled for the elderly patients who undergone elective unilateral great saphenouse vein surgery, older than 65years, ASA I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergy or hypersensitivity to local anesthetics; 2. infection at the intended injection site; 3. peripheral neuropathy; 4. language barrier; 5. disturbance of consciousness.
