18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with end stage renal disease, age between 18 to 75 years, male or female; 2.Maintenance peritoneal dialysis over 90 days and less than 6 months; 3.Signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with hemodialysis regularly; 2.iPTH over 600pg/ml after drug treatment; 3.Have had peritonitis, exit-site infections (ESI), and tunnel infections in 1 month; 4.Prepared for renal transplantation in 2 years; 5.Malignancy,serious infection, cirrhosis, congestive heart failure, serious anemia(Hb<70g/L), serious malnutrition(Alb<25g/L); 6.Pregnancy or suckling; 7.Cannot obey the research protocol; 8.Current or recent (within 3 months) under research of other clinical trial. 9.Unsuited for the trial judged by researchers.
