18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the following three criteria: 1. Patients with diagnosed,pathologically confirmed glioblastoma after surgery (classes III and IV); 2. Recurrence after surgery or radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy, and patients with reoperation or no operation; 3. Patients with Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score >=50 and normal renal and hepatic function; 4. Patients and relatives should be informed and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Meet one of the following four criteria: 1. Patients with severe systemic disease; 2. KPS score <50; 3. Patients with severe hypopiesia; 4. Patients with severe bone marrow suppression and abnormal renal and hepatic function.
