Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) conform to diagnostic criteria of "human infection with the H7N9 bird flu clinic program (2014 Edition)" issued by National Health Planning Commission issued the general office ; (2) the result of human infection with the H7N9 virus nucleic acid detection is positive; (3) axillary temperature less than 38.5?; (4) subjects age are from 18~75 years old; (5) the course is in 1 week; (6) patients need to be in hospital judged by researchers; (7) patients who muse be voluntary to the trail and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) immunodeficiency disease, or within the past 3 months, the use of immunosuppressants or glucocorticoid; (2) prepare for lactation pregnancy, pregnant women and women; (3) allergy (allergic to more than two kinds of drugs or food or known component of the trial drug); (4) psychotic patients without self-knowledge ability; (5) patients are not expected to survival within 48h from screening; (6) tracheal intubation, mechanical ventilation from screening; (7) patients are not suitable to participate in clinical trials.
