Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 150 patients who were classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: stage III hypertension disease, severe arrhythmia, sinus bradycardia, allergic reaction to dexmedetomidine, alcoholism, pregnant and nursing women.
