30 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Who has a systolic BP of 140-179 mmHg and/or a diastolic BP of 90-109 mmHg; (2) Form thirty to sixty; Sex not limited; (3) No antihypertensive therapy before and no other drug treatment within 3 months; (4) The patient accept this clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) secondary hypertension; diabetes mellitus; arthrolithiasis; (2) coronary diseasemyocardial diseases, valvular heart disease; NYHA class II or above; (3) cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction; (4) liver or kidney disease(AST passed 2 times, Cr passed 133umol/L), a history of persistent chronic hepatitis; (5) pregnancy, lactation,prolonged of contraceptives; (6) allergic constitution, allergic to the trial drug; (7) the pateint who is unsuited this trial judged by the researcher.
