14 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients were eligible to participate in the study if they were 14-30 years old, had documented Type 1 diabetes, male or female, fasting C peptide level less than or equal to 200 pmol/L, glutamic acid decarboxylase antibody (GAD) level >7.5U/mL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: gestational diabetes, special type diabetes, pregnancy diabetes, pregnant women, secondary diabetes, T1DM with the complications of heart, liver, kidney and other important organs disease.
