Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) cardiac insufficiency symptoms or signs; 2) heart function in line with the New York heart association class III - IV; 3) the hospital inpatients; 4) use our echocardiography, confirmed that the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of 40% or less; 5) all the subjects or his guardian consent form must be signed before entering the test subjects.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) acute myocardial infarction, or other causes of acute left heart failure; 2) with pure severe valvular stenosis (aortic and mitral valve), hypertrophic or restrictive cardiomyopathy; 3) serious ventricular arrhythmia; 4) the test drug allergy or taboo; 5) uncontrolled thyroid disease; 6) decubitus systolic blood pressure 180 mmHg; 7) liver and kidney function is not completed; 8) cardiac shock, blood volume is insufficient or cannot use vasodilator; 9) participated in other clinical researchers within three months.
