18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients of great saphenous vein trunk closed laser surgery; 2. age: 18-60 years; 3. ASA??: I-II; 4. BMI: 18-24kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. esmolol contraindication: asthma history; Sinus bradycardia(HR<60bpm); degree II or III atrioventricular block; severe COPD; refractory cardiac insufficiency;cardiogenic shock; allergic with esmolol; 2. history of hypertension, diabetes, metabolic disease; 3. liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. severe hemodynamic fluctuations needing drug.
