18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Conforms to the Chinese medical association otolaryngology branch of science for the standard of clinical diagnosis of sudden deafness, and the course of more than 2 weeks; (2) aged between 18-60 years; (3) not be taking part in any other clinical trials; (4) provide written informed consent and accept the treatment schedule.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Women during pregnancy or lactations; (2) patients who have serious systemic diseases, severe mental disorder, or the language barrier is not completed according to the clinical trials program participants; (3) patients with clear etiology (ear trauma, detonation, ototoxic drugs can cause hearing loss, such as disease); (4) patients with cranial nerve damage except for cranial nerve VIII, such as facial paralysis; (5) Patients with ear, middle ear, inner ear inflammatory diseases, anatomic abnormalities in physical examination and imaging examination showed out,such as acoustic neuroma; (6) patients who are unwilling to cooperate.
