Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age: 18-75; 2. selectivecolon carcinoma operation; 3. subjects accept the trail and sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. emergency operation in 12 hours after hospitalization; 2. possible or definitive infection around the incision; 3. usedexamethasone, FlurbiprofenAxetil, levobupivacaine, Celecoxibbefor operation; 4. diabetes; 5. ASA >=4; 6. chronic pain patients, no carcinomatous pain. Hyperalgesi, hypalgesia; 7. nervous system diseases or consciousness disorders; 8. pregnant woman or lactation.
