Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: empty nesters who are aged 60 or higher, and have normal intelligence to answer questions correctly, and are invited to participate and provide written informed consent, and live in the local community (more than a year)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: empty nesters who cannot attend the research due to suffering from serious body diseases, or extreme weakness, or lie in bed for a long time, or with a history of mental illness or cognitive disabilities.
