Sanyinjiao group:Electrical stimulation Sanyinjiao acupoint in left leg lasting 6 minutes
SHAM2:Electrical stimulation sham2 acupoint located left leg lasting 6 minutes

18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. no history of neurological or psychiatric system disorders , cranial MRI scan were normal routine; 2. right-handed; 3. ages from 18 to 40; 4. undergraduate or graduate degree or above before the test without any discomfort; 5. all non- smoking subjects.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. the subjects of smoking ; 2. the subjects had head trauma in the past history of neurological or psychiatric disorders and a history of alcohol or drug addiction subjects; 3. female subjects in the menstrual period, lactation.
