Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 68 years or older for total knee arthroplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anesthesia within the past 180 days; Baseline Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score less than 23; Preexisting neuropsychiatric diseases; Unable to speak Chinese.
