granisetron:granisetron 40µg/kg
low dose palonosetron:palonosetron 2.5µg/kg
normal dose palonosetron:palonosetron 5µg/kg
large dose palonosetron:palonosetron 7.5µg/kg
palonosetron plus droperidol:palonosetron 2.5µg/kg plus droperidol15µg/kg
palonosetron plus dexamethasone:palonosetron 2.5µg/kg plus dexamethasone 0.1mg/kg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I or II, age 18 to 70, BMI less than 30 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use antiemetic or steroid hormone drugs in 24 hours before surgen, BMI>30 kg/m2, with diseases of heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney
